Didn't actually get seen as optician's appointments were running an hour behind so had to rearrange. I wasn't impressed by the wasted journey. I feel some effort should have been made to contact people beforehand. Also, I found it impossible to book an appointment online as the website wouldn't let me select the location I wanted to start with
