My eyetest appointment took one hour and forty five minutes! This is way too long. I arrived on time and was seen immediately for the preliminary tests. I then sat for forty five minutes waiting. Had my eyetest and then spent a further twenty minutes with a member of staff correcting my contact lens prescription which hadn't been updated from my last visit. Was never once apologised to for the wait, nor did anyone advise me that the optometrist was running so late.
