All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. There were 2 aspects of my experience which I found disappointing, firstly not all of my information was on file even though I am a customer of over 30 years and different lense options were mentioned several times by different people and it became repetitive, I really only needed and wanted to be told once. The most disappointing aspect of my visit was having spent an hour identifying a frame that I liked I was told that it was end of line and my only option if I wanted that frame was to have the one that had been on display - why have something on display if you cannot supply it? I declined to buy the display frame and left the store feeling very exasperated, With lense options and a pair of sunglasses I also intended to buy I would have spent around £750, in outcome Boots have lost a sale as I will be going to VisionExpress who do stock the brand and stock style of frames that I want. The irony of this also is that I had a voucher for a free eye test so not only have Boots lost a sale but the process has cost you money
