Friendly staff and everything was explained at every stage. Was seen really quickly and initial tests were conducted quickly too. However, I was kept waiting for quite a while before seeing the optometrist and then several people came into the consulting room whilst my examination was in progress. I didn't mind so much as I think they were dealing with an elderly patient first and then needed to seek advice but I hadn't expected to be there for the length of time I was (over an hour and a half).
