The appointment ran a bit late but I was kept informed every few minutes. I was seen by Dan for the pre-tests and he was friendly and professional. I was then seen by Krishna (optometrist) who took great care in looking at my eyes and kept me informed at every stage and answered all my questions. She explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. I was then seen by Holly about cost of glasses etc. The whole experience was excellent. This is the service I have come to expect from Boots and I am rarely disappointed.
