During my first visit I was looked after by Liz, I picked my frames as I had already decided which ones I was sure I wanted by looking on the Boots website. Liz was very thorough in checking that the frames would fit me well and checked my eyes, the service was exceptional I always go to this store for my eye care because I know how well I am going to be looked after, thank you Liz!
My glazed frames arrived early so I went for my fitting and was looked after by Rebecca Rayner and once again the service was exceptional. Rebecca is a perfectionist at her job she took a lot of time ensuring the frames sat correctly on my nose and looked perfect she also invited me to come back in a weeks time so she could check they were still sitting correctly, thank you Rebecca!
Well done Boots Opticians I received the exceptional service I was expecting.
