Booked appointment online and got an email to say my 2nd choice date was accepted, then a week later got a text to say my 1st date was my appointment, ended up ringing the call centre to confirm which date, they couldn't help so gave me the phone number of the branch, then had to phone them & found out I had been booked into BOTH appointments! I booked online as was the most convenient way but ended up having to phone & made the experience far more complicated than it should've been...sort it out, please.
