Throughout my gp lens trials, Zeyneb and David at Nottingham Victoria centre were very helpful. From the first appointment, David kindly explained each step and test and made appropriate arrangements so that I could receive seamless care. On the trial day, Zeyneb eagerly helped to find my lens which were about to go missing and during education session, she gave me informative and useful advice on how to wear and how to take care of contact lens. I was very well treated until the end.
One thing to point out is that it was really difficult to make an enquiry over the phone. I phoned Boots optician Nottingham Victoria centre for more than a dozen of times over 2 days but I was never able to get through and had to walk-in.
