Quite a long wait for an appointment, but not long to wait after I arrived. Very thorough preliminary checks and tests. I explained to the girl who did them that I was very hard of hearing, and wouldn't know what she was saying if I couldn't see her lips. She was very helpful and explained each procedure before starting. When I saw the optometrist,
she asked questions and examined my eyes, then did a sight test. Because of the problems I was having with my vision she didn't give me a prescription for more glasses, but completed a referral form for a hospital appointment for further treatment there. Everything was explained clearly and carefully so that I understood what would happen.
