I had previously been to Boots for my prescription but due to difficulty in getting to Nottingham decided to go to Specsavers in Arnold. I went back to Specsavers three times after being dissatisfied with their prescription. Finally returned to Boots and was extremely impressed by the advice given by the optometrist. Not only that, a young lady called Holly who supervised the after care was very helpful and friendly. In spite of the difficulty of getting into Nottingham I will continue to go to Boots.
