I was referred to the optician by my GP as I have an eye problem at the moment. The optician was extremely helpful and did a full examination as well as the eye test but could not diagnose the problem so made an immediate referral to the eye clinic at the hospital for me. She was very kind, thorough and helpful.

Seen promptly. Felt well looked after by all the staff. Good detailed exam by Ian the optometrist who answered all my questions well

As my daughter of 14 wears glasses and has contact lenses, we are both known fairly well at branch. Disappointing that I had requested Fran who indeed working on my appointment day, but I did not get her fabulous service. Unfortunately I got another staff member Ellis, and she failed to give me the customer care I and my daughter have enjoyed to date.Infact her manner was bordering on rude. I did give feedback both to Fran, and Nicky, before I left the store. Totally Disappointing!
