It is not clear where the reception desk is because it is under a sign that says Hearing Tests. Can this be rectified? I waited at reception for a good 5 minutes, not sure why as at least half a dozen staff passed by me but none offered to help earlier. My contact lens follow up went well, the assistant was attentive & extremely helpful. I had to discuss a problem with my spectacles with another member of staff. This was not satisfactory. There is an issue with my spectacles which I would like resolved, however, I got the impression Boots Castle Mall's agenda was to try to sell me another pair of spectacles rather than deal with the issues relating to my current pair.
