My boyfriend and I received fantastic service on Sunday morning. Everybody was friendly & welcoming - we were served by Sam and had our eyes tested by Nikil - both of whom were lovely. They gave us lots of information about our eye health, vision and made us aware of any changes which had occurred. Personally I feel this was incredibly thorough, above and beyond the information I have received about my eyes from other opticians in the past. They made us aware of the different options available to us when it came to purchasing new glasses, all without pressuring us to buy. They gave us time to browse and didn't rush the process. Both our eye tests ran to time and overall we were both really impressed with the service we received and were happy with the selection of glasses available. Thank you guys, we will be recommending you to family & friends and coming back in the future.
