I am a Mental Health Support Worker. I attended this appointment with my client who was very anxious about his appointment. The overall atmosphere in the Opticians was friendly, calm and relaxed. The Optician explained every step and was non judgemental and reassuring. My client told me he feels he would be able to visit the Optician unsupported next time because of this. This is my second visit to this store, the first was with a different client who was again treated in a professional, respectful and reassuring way.
