The staff were exceptionally helpful with assisting me to pick out frames. They were really personable and kind. One of the staff went out of her way to refit my existing glasses as they aren't comfortable and both members of staff on the shop floor helped me to choose and narrow down a choice of frames. I'm really pleased with the frames I picked and I felt totally listened to and looked after by the staff. Thank you!!
