My optometrist, M A Wicker, was wonderful. Professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He explained why he was performing each of the examinations, and explained his findings clearly. He put me at ease immediately, which meant I felt comfortable to ask questions. He gave me excellent advice about how to look after my eyes, my lenses, and my glasses. He left me feeling very positive. It was an excellent model consultation, and I would recommend Boots opticians to anyone and everyone! Thank you Boots and thank you Mr Wicker!
