The prescription given was incorrect and certain tests/ measurements were not taken. Glasses were made up correctly with the wrong prescription and caused headaches and eye strain. Had to make additional trips to store and now have to wait to have a re-test.
It is as yet unclear when I will actually have new wearable glasses which is in itself disappointing. The fact that I have had to pay for glasses I can not wear, and pay a substantial amount with no benefit is frustrating and extremely disappointing. I will think twice before using Boots opticians again.
