Thought the eye test was thorough and well carried out by the staff. Not very helpful when it came to choosing the frames. All i had was the pair Mum and I chose were not a good fit but she didn’t help us choose anything similar. Then I got a phone call today to say they were cancelling my appointment to collect my glasses tomorrow despite having made arrangements with work etc to go and collect them. Told to expect at least another week before they would be ready despite having been made to pay up front for my glasses and made to wait nearly two weeks already and they know my current ones are broken! Not good enough Boots again!
