How to begin to describe my excellent experience at boots opticians... I was greeted before I even entered the store by Pandora and her beautiful smile which completely brightened my day. Everything was explained perfectly. I was treated with the upmost respect from start to finish. I can not thank Pandora enough (Mark was good too).
