There was no one to assist when I entered the store. I waited for 30min for my appointment. I wasn’t informed they were running late until I got up and found someone to speak with. The staff was sadly incompetent. One of my worst experiences. However the optometrist was decent and did a decent but rushed eye test.

Wigmore street Boots optician is the best opticians I have ever been to. Their customer service is excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough. They sorted out problems that I was left with from Visiting a different opticians. David (the American guy) has been particularly amazing.
