Very good except I did not know the name of the practitioner and apparently will not be able to see her again. She was excellent and I would much prefer to see the same practitioner each time I have an appointment. I do not know who will do the follow up appointment for my new contact lenses. It's disappointing.

I had a 4pm appointment and Navin completed the glasses order way past the nominal closing time. He was courteous and very helpful throughout. This was great service and I would recommend this branch.

The optometrist was very good, explained everything along the way and had a relaxed friendly manner I would be happy to see her again. It was not Sachin Patel. He greeted me when I arrived and I have seen him before but his female colleague saw me this time. They are both excellent.
