Experience was very good. Seen to straight away. Each stage was explained to me clearly and patiently - it wasn't rushed like you can experience in some places where they may have to say or do the same thing repeatedly. Everyone was polite, plesant and cheerful which made the appointment go very quick - for both contact lenses and eye appointment it takes around an hour.

Excellent and fast service. I have been very impressed with the whole process. Meera Kotecha is a very able optometrist and Reema Begum, an efficient and non-pushy sales assistant. I had my eye-test on a Thursday and ordered my glasses. I had a text on the following Tuesday to say that my glasses were ready. Peter was very helpful when I collected them and made sure that they fitted me perfectly.

The Optometrist Anket Patel was most professional. A lovely person and explained in detail the procedure. His advice on the dry eye problem was very helpful. Binnie was most knowledgeable and again so nice. Although I did not require new glasses, I had decided to buy glasses without transitions. She spent a long time explaining the options and advising me. I appreciated the fact that Binnie was not in anyway trying to sell me something I didn't need. We have been customers at Boots Opticians for years and we enjoy returning to see familiar faces for example Koucha who is always so friendly. A well run business.
