The Optometrist Anket Patel was most professional. A lovely person and explained in detail the procedure. His advice on the dry eye problem was very helpful.
Binnie was most knowledgeable and again so nice. Although I did not require new glasses, I had decided to buy glasses without transitions. She spent a long time explaining the options and advising me. I appreciated the fact that Binnie was not in anyway trying to sell me something I didn't need.
We have been customers at Boots Opticians for years and we enjoy returning to see familiar faces for example Koucha who is always so friendly. A well run business.
