Our appointment was utterlybawfyl, I had 2 children due to be tested and it took over 2 hours!!!!! How can that possibly be acceptable?! So many staff loitering around doing nothing except avoid questions on why you’re still waiting Very very disappointing and will be seeking out alternative options for the next ones

I haven't got my glasses yet and obviously my opinions will be strongly based on what they're like when they arrive but I can say that the optometrist yesterday (Farzana) was very professional and all the staff were most helpful. Thank you!
