I arrived for my contact lens check up a little early and the girl took my details which is fine. However 20 minutes after my appointment was suppose to start, I got told by the management that they could not do my appointment on that day as the members of staff forgot to get my perscription faxed over from another Boots opticians. This was at 7:50pm at night so to be told after I'd waited for a long period of time that they couldn't do my appointment was infuriating. The manager was lovely and assisted me however they have had to book me in for another appointment the following week. Overall a rubbish experience to say the least!
