The appointment was appallingly late and staff clearly did not care at all. There were no proactive explanations or apologies and informatiok was only provided when I asked. I had to cancel my appointment in order that my son and I could leave in time. We arrived for 18:40 and 19:00 appointment - the first of which did not take place until 19:30. I cancelled the second. The staff clearly found it far more amusing to gather in huddles and gossip sotto vice and also tease one of the male members of staff whose wife was on the phone wanting to speak to him rather than attend to waiting customers. It was a disgraceful customer experience. As a manager of 300+ staff I would be taking robust action if any of my team behaved in such a cavalier manner.
