I came in to choose some new glasses as my current glasses are beyond repair.
Lauren the Optical Assistant was really helpful from start to finish - she arranged (without any hassle) for my prescription to be faxed across from Bishopsgate and then helped me choose some frames.
She was very professional and honest! A valuable member of your team!
