Very professional and courteous service. Quick to be seen with minimal wait time.
Booking process is clunky, cumbersome and not friendly. Couldn't do it online. Had to call to book appointment and was made to feel like it was a hassle when trying to find a location for a time that suited me. It should be an easy process yet it took ages to finally book my appointment.
