Had a good experience with the initial appointment but was disappointed to find that the manager wasn't not there at the time I had specified that I would return to process my voucher as I had come out of my way. I understand that this was not possible without the manager, but it is frustrating. The times I can seemingly catch the manager do not work with a typical working schedule at all, so I'm out of pocket until I can change my schedule to make the trip again- and still not terribly reassured I won't be wasting my time. Shame as this was not an issue last time at all.
