I have been using boots opticians for quite a few years and I can honestly say what fantastic team they are, they are always helpful even if they are really busy and they go out of their way to try and sort any problems out. They are all so friendly I could quite easily go for a coffee with any of them! What a pleasure it is to go there (I don't like going to the opticians as a rule. Particular thanks to Kerry, Hayley and Tina for your help yesterday.

The optician, Lola, was fab - I felt really at ease and she explained everything clearly. She was friendly, professional and I felt she had my best interests at heart. Thank you! Separately, I have emailed some feedback about my appointment time which was 2:40pm on the appointment card (I made the appointment in store) but 2:20pm on your system so something went awry there.

The staff and optometrist were very friendly and professional, the optometrist talked me through everything she was doing and going to do she also asked me if I wanted to ask any questions and if I had any problems. After I had my eyes tested Emma was very patient with me while I chose my glasses.
