Friendly, informative and professional staff. Good advice. Easy to arrange. Assistant told me about the Boots free eye test offer, when I booked my appt, which was very much appreciated, as this was an extra appt I was having, due to symptoms, possible caused by an eye problem. (thankfully that was not the case) All the way through my eye exam, including the spot test and pressure test, beforehand, the staff explained clearly, what was going on. Would definitely recommend.
