The only reason the appointments were slightly less easy to arrange was that the in-store computer was down, but we were telephoned early the next day and then the appointments were arranged easily.
ALL the staff were cheerful, helpful and friendly; they made us feel welcome and gave us plenty of time, so we did not feel at all "rushed". In fact, the atmosphere in the waiting area was so friendly that the patients were talking to each other!
Overall the visit an excellent experience.
