From start to finish the experience was clear, efficient and friendly. All staff introduced themselves by name. The investigation was thorough and I am clear about my progress and future expectation. The staff I dealt with were, Emma, Ravi and Haley

In general the staff are helpful and seem happy. On my last appointment I was booked in for 8:50am, at 9am the optometrist walked into the store and I was seen at 9:05. Not impressed
