The staff in Boots opticians in Hastings obviously get on very well with each other and it comes across in the very helpful and friendly way in which they care for their patients. Ravi was exceptionaly diligent in diagnosing a rather distressing situation. He gave me lots of time even arranging a second appointment that morning. The other staff were also very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this branch.

My wife and I both had eye tests and glasses prescribed recently. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the tests themselves, mine with Ravi and my wife's with Kanica, were the most thorough and careful that either of us have had with a number of optometrists over the years. We are very pleased with our glasses.
