I did have my eye test at spec savers a few weeks ago. I went to choose a pair of glasses but could not find a pair I liked. I met a friend she told me she goes to Boots, so I went to the store and with my husband we choose a few pairs I liked.spoke to a lovely young lady called Gina, who was very friendly and professional. We talked about my best options she was very helpful. Then she checked to see if I was in the health club and I got 25% off!!!! Thank you Gina !!! Sue

Ravi the optician had a very nice manner, very professional and informative. He took his time showing me the images of my eyes and gave me an honest description of their condition. Kerry, who helped me with the selection of frames and took accurate measurements was very helpful and very pleasant. The other staff members were also friendly, helpful and very pleasant. I was seen promptly and was not kept waiting at any time during my appointment - this is an improvement on some previous visits.

Hayley took the order with great care understanding our requirements and was very respectful. Equally on our return for fitting Kelly did a good job of fitting the glasses so they were comfortable both young ladies were very pleasant and made us feel at ease. Highly recommend both ladies.

Found the staff very attnetive, helpful and knowledgable. Ravi the Optometrist was very patient and explained all the tests to me in detail, as well as showing me the results of the preliminary checks made by Emma. Talked through what the findings meant and thing sto look out for in future, so I felt empowered. When choosing frames (and I was told several times I didn't have to buy the glasses there, so there was no pressure), I was shown the ranges and given some info by Hayley who then allowed me time to choose the right frames. In all, this was a realy positive experience and I'd recommend Boots Opticians Hastings.
