I was greeted by Natalie, who was not only amazingly naturally beautiful, but was the epiphany of excellent customer service and professionalism! She proudly represented the brand and provided the very best service! My Optometrist was Nigel, who provided a very through and excellent eye health test. My glasses arrived extremely quickly and where fitted and slightly adjusted by Natalie - again showing such excellent after sales care - I will definitely be returning for a second pair and will be returning for all future eye health checks. The staff at the Ely branch are a credit to the organisation and you should be proud to have such an excellent team representing the name of Boots Opticians on the high street! Just superb!!!
