This is the best Opticians I have ever been to and its all about the staff. I always have the same optometrist because she diagnosed a problem with my eye, wrote and report and I was referred to a specialist by my doctor. He asked me who had written it and I told him Toni Blanchion. He said it was the best report he had ever received on a patient. His name was Mr. Lavin and he was the top Consultant in the North West. The rest of the staff are also brilliant, professional, efficient and have great knowledge of products. I also feel that they would not recommend something if they did not think it was necessary. They always go out of their way to ensure your visit is productive. Faisal was the assistant who I dealt with and he asked me if I had ever considered contact lenses. I said I had but didn't like them and at my age I don't mind wearing glasses. He convinced me that they are much better now so the next time I may well have a free trial. I have only had great customer service and would not use any other opticians unless Toni left then I would have to find out where she had gone
