having received poor care and attention from the Middlebrook branch of Boots opticians, I was redirected to the Wigan Robin Park branch and assisted by Nicole on 19/8/2017. Following my earlier disappointment at Middlebrook Bolton, this assistant went out of her way to assist me, put me at ease and generally make me think that the issues were easily resolved and that I wasn't wasting her time. She has restored my faith in Boots Opticians totally and cannot thank her enough. Thankyou.
