All staff have always made me feel "cared for" nothing was to much trouble for them.
The young man named Jay (Bexleyheath Branch) was so kind and helpful when dispensing my spectacles. He really took time with me , I tend to think I am a bother but Jay never made me feel that way he was just so good and kind.
