On arrival I was made welcome by the manager who performed the initial tests. This was followed by the eye test conducted by the optometrist. After the eye test I was assisted by the staff to choose two pairs of glasses.

I would like to compliment Qasim on his skill as an optometrist. I was so impressed at how quickly he got the correct prescription, quite unlike all previous eye tests I've ever had. He has had excellent training and applied his knowledge well. My thanks to him. He may have told me his name but I didn't take it in at the time and asked later.
