The whole experience was excellent from staff. The only little point I would make is there is now no magnifying mirror to look at frames when you don't have prescription lenses in.

Very helpful in an uncomfortable situation as my prescription test was incorrect and after a few weeks of discomfort I had a retest and I am now in the process of awaiting my new lenses. Staff could not be more supportive.
