I would appreciate if the options in booking the appointment were well organised for two reason, 1) an option there opportunity for us to inform them of my Deafness so they can prepare themselves, rather than panic and talking too fast for me to keep up or lipread them, but got there in the end. 2) it would be nice if the organiser will inform me to confirm the appointment, which I did not get till two days before the appointment, the email I received was saying 'will informed me within 78hours...', but instead I received the reminder text two weeks later. As for the service I'm pleased that it went well.
