Sara is brilliant - easy to chat to and explain the problems I was having with my contact lenses. Solution tried and seems to be working - I'll know better after trial lenses have arrived. Time keeping at this location is an issue though- it's the second time I've had to check in then go away again for 20 - 30 min (had to abandon one appointment as I ran out of parking time). Staff generally friendly though and certainly very patient when I was choosing glasses!

Excellent service from the start. I was a customer of Specsavers for years however, not completely happy with my last visit I booked an appointment at Boots. I have now had the most thorough eye test with Amar and I am now trying contact lenses. I saw Sara Miller yesterday (contact lens specialist) and I cannot praise her enough. she is so professional, positive and honest. I have complete faith in her ability to find the right lenses for me. My trial with contacts started immediately before Christmas and yesterday at my review Sara, after more testing and listening to what I had to say, has ordered in a different strength for one eye; my lenses are different for each eye. I was very apprehensive when I started the trial because I had tried before with the previous opticians and it just didn't work. I have total confidence that with Sara's expertise and perseverance I will soon have the option to choose every day whether to wear my glasses or contact lenses. Thank you so much.

My experience at the Boots was good. I was surprised and pleased that the care they took over my eyesight was to say the least extensive. They have an astonishing array of machines that measure and also photograph your eyes to check that they are healthy. Very impressed.
