Despite the fact that I am very cynical about the prices that opticians like Boots charge, and the conflict between medical advice and selling glasses, I found myself increasingly enjoying the experience. Megan the optician was charm personified and was extremely thorough. I then had a test for contact lenses which I have not used before, and was introduced to Sara. Even if you don't need contact lenses I recommend you have a consultation with her. What could have been a bit of an intimidating experience was presented as the most exciting opportunity. She was fun enthusiastic and thorough, and I would highly recommend. All the staff I encountered were professional, enthusiastic and smiling.

I have been having ongoing problems with one of my eyes and the teams at both Boots Opticians in Chichester and Worthing have been fantastic - they've made sure I've got appointments quickly, recommended a number of treatments and made sure they've covered all possible reasons for the problems so I can be reassured. Always friendly and helpful.
