The whole process since arriving at the store for my eye test made me feel like I was on a conveyor belt. Asked to move from one chair to the next for the first stage of the test...the chairs weren't on wheels and were very difficult to manoeuvre. Left feeling disillusioned as to what glasses I needed. Did not order any and have come away to think about it. I do have to give high praise to your colleague Tom at the store who was absolutely outstanding in his customer service.

My appointment and eye test went well. I was not kept waiting for any length of time from my arrival through to choosing frames for my new glasses. The staff were friendly and efficient. I cannot think of any particular aspect of my visit that needed improvement. I am returning later this week to collect my new glasses
