I had not had an eye test for many years, so all was new to me. I was a little nervous but the staff were absolutely lovely. Very kind and reassuring, and informed me all the way through the necessary tests as to what she was testing and why. She was very patient and put me at ease. When I saw the optometrist she was also was very polite, smiley and completely reassuring. She has also referred me to my gp as she believed I needed to see a dermatologist for ? cysts under my lower lid. I was exceptionally impressed and now because of this experience would have no concerns on returning for my next eye health check. Very pleasant experience and will because of this be staying with boots as opposed to trying other opticians.

I have a particular problem with driving and contacts and was hoping for an easy solution, I still don't have a solution. I don't think I conveyed my issue clearly enough. Although the staff were friendly I don't feel they understood what I wanted. I will live with it, perhaps there is no solution and I may be able to have surgery instead, I don't know.

Kind considerate and very polite assistance at all stages of my check up and no sense of being hurried. Excellent.

Sara was very helpful and easy to talk to. Wifi in the waiting area would be good as no signal. Staff training in CLCS would be helpful as only the senior person (who was knowledgeable) knew about the provisions.
