Thank you Connie for being so friendly and helpful! It was very easy to organise the making of my glasses for a new prescription and they fitted perfectly. Connie made sure I was comfortable and made me aware of everything I needed to know, should anything change or go wrong. The staff are always very welcoming and smiley in this opticians.

Two of the staff (young ladies) were very helpful cheerful and obliging but I did not find that with all the staff but do not want to mention any names
