The test for which uses puffs of air into the eye was impossible to execute for the second time in three years. It was only achieved when a different person gave me some warning and this helped immensely. It is a horrible test, and it helps to have a rough countdown. It would be good to have some brighter frames in jade green, burgundy, more patterns, and less heavy black.

I was seen by four different members of staff at the Chichester branch and each were helpful and personable. I was particularly impressed by Lawrence (I'm afraid I don't know his surname) who helped to sort out a mix up that had occurred with my contact lens reward scheme. Thank you all.

I found the optometrist to be thorough, friendly, and listened well. The young man who helped me choose new frames was also very thorough, and took time to help me make an informed choice.
