Annual reminder system very effective and booking an appointment was easy and efficient. Staff very welcoming. Examination conducted professionally and thoroughly. A very well organised practice.

Both my children were seen. All staff were friendly and helpful. The optician took time to talk and explain things throughout the appointment. The optician took time to follow up a previous enquiry and made notes of her findings so that it is on the records for future appointments. Lovely service.
