He was really personable and made me smile a lot. I had infiltrate keratitis last year and although this was just a general sight check he checked my eyes thoroughly and explained what he was doing and what he could see every step of the way. He even used Google images to show me what he could see. He diagnosed my sight prescription and then checked and double checked so that he was confident that I was confident. Then when choosing some new glasses I was assisted by Tom who was very honest and attentive. I have kept Chichester as my opticians even though I live in Portsmouth because I always get such great, friendly service.

Appointment at Boots Optometrists in Chichester on 23rd August 2017 at 2.35pm: I'm not sure ... but I THINK (from reading name on the prescription which was handed to me at the end of my visit) that the Optometrist with whom I had a consultation today, was what looks like T E J Alahan, possibly? I found him to be competent and with a friendly and humorous personality which made the consultation comfortable and inspired confidence in his ability. Particularly welcome as I am usually more comfortable to see a female optometrist.

My interview after the test was informative and honest. As it turns out, I do not need to replace my glasses at the moment, but was handed my prescription for occupational glasses should I wish to have them.
